Practical Insights
We can lower the temperature on the earth's surface directly. We can do this by increasing plant cover and soil organic matter. This also protects biodiversity and soil fertility and restores the lower water cycle. Each of us can do this in our own community, and we can all do this together as a species on the planetary scale. This is exactly what we need to save human civilization, and each of us has a role to play. This is the basis of life and health and also the basis of prosperity. This realization is central to a new era in human history.
Knowing that we are doing what we can to save human civilization is far better than denying our responsibilities or running away from our problems. We all live our lives, and part of life is death. Our time in our bodies on earth is limited, but life is infinite. We make history. We shape the future. What we do with our life energy while we live is very important and determines the future for our children and the generations of life to come.
