We see ourselves as part of the global movement against climate change and global warming.
Global chill instead of global warming
Global Chill is our contribution to the worldwide movement against climate change and global warming. Our vision is to create an economically and ecologically stable system in which people, animals and plants live together and fertilize each other.
"Permaculture is a creative design approach that responds to a world of dwindling energy and resource availability."
David Holmgren tweet
Independent and sustainable
The more independent we become from industry, the freer and more sustainable we can shape our future. Dealing responsibly with nature and its resources is our credo.
We want to transfer the patterns of nature to our way of thinking with our holistic agricultural concept of permaculture. We value and honor the ancient knowledge of our ancestors and want to preserve their heritage.
care for the people
Everything we need for a good life is right on our doorstep. Sun, wind, people, buildings, stones, sea, birds and plants surround us. Working together with all these things brings harmony, resisting them brings imbalance and chaos.
“Permaculture is about designing sustainable human settlements. It is a philosophy and concept of land use that connects annual and perennial plants, animals, soil, water management and human needs into complex interconnected productive communities.”
Bill Mollison tweet

Permaculture is the chance for more biodiversity
In permaculture, by observing nature and analyzing the functionality in the ecosystems, complex problems are tackled by natural means. However, natural patterns that are used in the design concept of permaculture can also be found on larger levels of nature: in entire ecosystems such as forests or moors.
Volunteer on the farm
we are a WWOOF farm (WWOOF = World-Wide Opportunities On Organic Farms) and thus a member of a network that is based on the idea of bringing people together who lead a lifestyle close to nature - or who want to actively get to know one.
As part of WWOOFing, you offer to work on an ecologically run farm. In return, you can live on your farm, be fully catered for and learn a lot about organic farming and the way of life.
Even in a complex world, the solutions remain embarrassingly simple
